• Acquire USCG Abstract of Title, State Title and UCC Lien searches - corporate ownership verification

• Obtain written payoff quotes on recorded liens

• Prepare USCG paperwork for both the buyer and seller of the vessel; including but not limited to:  Bills of Sale, Application for Documentation, Preferred Shipos Mortgage and Satisfaction of Mortgage forms

• Manage USCG paperwork from submission to USCG, until completion

• Distribute final ownershiop instruments to appropriate parties
